The Desert CrossFit philosophy is to train functional movement. Our programs use exercises that train movements, not muscles, as opposed to isolating individual muscles for strength building. By training with movements you might perform in real life we help you get stronger and develop a broad, diverse level of fitness. Functional movement training helps decrease injury and improve athletic performance, as well as improve the quality of your life.
Each personal training program takes into account all aspects of your health, including cardiovascular exercise, resistance training, core strength and conditioning, muscle imbalance correction, postural stability and functional ability.

Comprehensive Fitness & Health Evaluation: We measure where you're currently at and set the goals for your program together. This will include medical restrictions and a health history questionnaire
Private Personal Training Sessions: You get energizing, motivating, and convenient one-on-one workouts.
Customized Nutrition Guidelines: We’ll advise you on customizing your current eating plan to support your fitness or weight loss goals.
Ongoing Fitness Education and Support: We’ll provide feedback and education during your Personal Training program to help you make lasting changes in your habits.
