Eat Yourself Fit!
Who ever heard of getting fit through eating? Seems too good to be true, doesn’t it? We strongly believe creating your best body ever isn’t just about exercise; it’s also about making food choices that support your hard efforts.
Exercise + Nutrition = the key to the fantastic results you desire.
What, when, and how much you eat significantly impacts the way your body looks, feels and performs. You determine whether your body will burn fat or burn muscle and store fat. How? By the types of foods and amounts you eat.
Eating supportively will boost your metabolism, burn more fat and increase your energy dramatically. Clients, who’ve made proper nutrition just as important as their exercise, have seen their bodies change for the better twice as fast as others who don’t.
How do I Eat Myself Fit?
- Eat Supportive foods – quality proteins, complex carbohydrates, fibrous carbohydrates and healthy fats
- With every meal eat at least 1 serving of protein and 1 serving of fruits and veggies
- Eat frequently throughout the day, every 3 to 3 ½ hours
Why eat so often? Because it:
- Decreases hunger, making you less likely to binge
- Provides your body with frequent bursts of energy it needs
- Revs up the metabolism - digesting supportive foods requires the body to burn energy

Eat Myself Fit meals should be a balanced combination of these supportive foods:

Complex Carbohydrates - Whole grain items, sweet potatoes, brown rice, beans. *
Fibrous Carbohydrates - This includes all your fresh (or frozen) fruits and vegetables. *
Proteins - Eggs, turkey, chicken, lean beef, wild salmon, tuna, beans, cheese, soy products, dairy products, almonds and natural peanut butter. *
Healthy Fats - Olive oil, avocado, flax seed, fish oil (omega-3’s), almonds, walnuts. *
