Desert CrossFit has designed a unique and challenging class for both women & men of all ability levels. All activities are structured so that you can choose the appropriate intensity for your fitness level.
Since variety is the key to continued results, each workout is different, revolving around functional movement at high intensities. You’ll expand your fitness horizons and stay motivated to improve with:
- Active Isolated Stretching - calisthenics - resistance training
- plyometrics, - balance drills - obstacle courses - medicine ball exercises
- kettlebell training - core / abdominal training
